今日は膝関節にスポットを当ててみます。
先日整形外科にて膝に注射を打たれてまだ痛みがひかないとういう方の施術を行いました。
膝は傷める場所によって治療が異なります。内側、外側、後方、前方、お皿の裏側、下側、上側と痛める場所によってさまざまです。
こちらの方は内側の痛みが強く、人口関節を勧められたそうです。可動域は制限があり正座はできないものの関節の動きはなめらかで膝の角度もまだあるので、おそらくレントゲンでは隙間が狭く映っているが、痛みはあるものの歩けるとのことでした。人口関節はまだしたくないので、できれば保存療法で治したいとのことで当院を受診していただきました。
問診をとり検査をした結果、膝をかばって日常生活を送っているうちに下腿と腰を使い痛めているようなので、保険治療で腰と下腿の施術。
自費で保険の利かない足の整体、また足と歩行の矯正で靴とオーダーメイドインソールを施療しました。
痛みは保険施術で取れていくと思いますが、原因や根本治療には足の使い方や歩行の矯正が必要になってくるのですが、失礼ながら年齢や性格を考慮し、またウォーキングが好きらしいので、靴を履いているだけで矯正ができるインソールを選択しました。
何回か施術を重ねているうちに下腿・腰の痛みも改善し、膝も状態がいいみたいで、インソールの入った靴だと歩行がしやすくて、足の指が使いやすくなってきているとのことでした。
今後インソールの高さをさらに調節してより膝に負担がかかりにくい状態にし、さらに歩行改善をしていこうと思います。
